Bark

Before conceiving the Bark collection, I meditated for a long time on the meaning of making ceramics in the practical sense of the term and on the aesthetic and emotional impact that I wanted to give to the object created.

I ideally wanted to propose objects that were not only functional, but that with their presence gave the precise idea of ​​strength and stability but at the same time of an irregular dynamic established by the fate of time.

So for this collection I decided to take inspiration from the grandeur and resistance of trees, where the bark is the dominant aesthetic element.
